Who We Are

The Azania Peaceful Revolution (AZANIA) is a South African political movement founded on the principles of justice, equality and sovereignty for all the people of South Africa.

Our name — Azania — is the ancient name for southern Africa, representing our roots and our vision: a truly free and self-governing nation. We believe that a Peaceful Revolution, driven by the will of the people, is both necessary and possible.

Our emblem - a lion's head, is a symbol for the pursuit of our national independence and sovereignty. The Map of South Africa - a symbol of our territorial integrity.

We will not rest until our nation is free and independent, until our economy is returned to the people, until justice is done.
